Right of withdrawal - 30-day return period

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

Start of the withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which:

  • you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the last goods.

You can use the following sample withdrawal form - but this is not obligatory.
A simple informal email with the necessary details is sufficient.

Important:
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 30 days have expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you -
excluding delivery costs - within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used to place the order.

  • You will not incur any additional costs.

  • We reserve the right to withhold the refund until:

    • we have received the goods back or

    • you have provided proof of shipment
      (whichever comes first).

Note: Returns without a clearly identifiable sender cannot be assigned and are therefore excluded from reimbursement.

Returning the goods

  • You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than 30 days after receipt.

  • The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30 days have expired.

  • You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

We reserve the right to retain a corresponding amount in the event of a reduction in value of the goods - for example due to improper use - if the condition has been impaired beyond mere inspection.
